What do you do for myFamilyChannel?

As a Customer Ambassador, I help residents, their families and the staff at senior living communities that offer myFamilyChannel throughout their entire journey. I strive to increase brand awareness for myFamilyChannel, and to generate new sales opportunities.

What is your career background?

I recently graduated from the University of Louisville with a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science. I previously worked for two years at the Kentucky State Capitol and a year at the Kentucky Association of Counties. I am eager to use my background in public service to serve older adults, specifically.

What’s the most interesting job you’ve had? The most surprising?

I thoroughly enjoyed my time at the Kentucky State Capitol. There was always something different and quite a bit of hustle and bustle happening in the halls of the Capitol and Annex. While working there, I learned valuable skills such as public speaking, networking and the art of compromise. I use these skills daily, and I am excited to bring this skill set to the myFamilyChannel team.

What appealed to you about joining the myFamilyChannel team? What do you hope to

Although my background is in politics, I chose to join the myFamilyChannel team because I witnessed firsthand the significant impact this company has on older adults. My great-grandmother ignited my love for this generation, and I see her in each of the older adults I meet. myFamilyChannel is going to change lives for this generation of extraordinary individuals. I’m happy to help provide access to our easy-to-use, senior-friendly technology with the help of my amazing team and my grandmother’s memory ingrained within me.

What do you do for fun?

In my spare time, I love to spend time with my friends and family, travel and read a good self-help book!
