Todd is an artist entrepreneur with a background in music, blended with a passion for technology and the startup culture. Entrepreneurship is Todd’s second act. Before health tech Todd enjoyed an extensive career in music, as a producer and recording engineer, and as a performing and recording artist.

Chief Partnerships Officer
Steve brings 35 years of sales, executive management and marketing experience that spans several industries. Steve has spearheaded strategic partnerships in the sports, media, and nonprofit sectors. His success in business development combined with creativity and passion for Odessa’s transformative platform will power the ability to develop partnerships throughout the healthcare industry.
Greg Kenny
Chief Innovation Officer
Greg is an experienced healthcare IT professional with over 20 years assisting healthcare clients navigate the challenges associated with EMR Adoption, HIPAA compliance, and other governmental regulations. As Chief Innovation Officer for Odessa, Greg is responsible for identifying strategies, business opportunities and new technologies to enhance and support our healthcare platform.
Angie Honza
Community Ambassador
Angie was an Activities Director in Senior Living for three years. Having used OdessaConnect in a previous community, she loved all the features it can offer for engagement teams, residents and families. Angie is excited to share her passion of working with seniors, and to help communities use OdessaConnect to its full potential.
Chad Hargadon
Product & Security Specialist
Chad joins OdessaConnect as a recent graduate from Marshall University, with a Master’s degree in Cyber Forensics & Security. He was honored to be selected as an intern with Homeland Security Investigations. Chad brings a variety of technical skills to the team and performs multiple roles, including customer installations, technical support, and developing HIPAA policies and processes.

Brent Bowman
Business Development, Medicare Advantage Lead
Brent started with PricewaterhouseCoopers and IBM, where he worked in Silicon Valley and Europe, with several stops in between. In his 15 years with Kaiser Permanente, he led efforts ranging from implementing an electronic medical record and telehealth patient/physician connection solution, to managing the Colorado region’s market expansion and service improvement strategies. Brent managed the P&L of health plan and care delivery operations of a $700M division serving 110,000 covered lives.
