Having used OdessaConnect in a previous community, she loved all the features it can offer for engagement teams, residents and families. Angie is excited to share her passion of working with seniors, and to help communities use OdessaConnect to its full potential.

Traci Lamb is the former CEO and Founder of Caregiving Worldwide Network (CWN), a groundbreaking global platform in mass media dedicated to supporting the millions of people who care for loved ones at home. An accomplished, multi-award-winning entrepreneur, Traci has been a caregiver for the past three years and has over 16 years of experience in the healthcare industry. As a devout Christian, Traci believes that her true life’s work is serving others.
Erica Forster
President, Entertainment
Highly-accomplished and passionate entertainment executive with 20+ years of demonstrated success in the global music industry. Deep experience and expertise in business strategy, music partnerships, licensing and copyright, and artist and industry relationships to support strategic business growth. Serve as primary liaison with partners, structuring and negotiating agreements to ensure alignment with overall objectives. Build partnerships with major music labels and publishers to drive new and innovative music initiatives.
Stephanie Blair
Clinical Advisor
Stephanie has over 20 years nursing experience including geriatrics, CCM, home health, hospice, and DIDD. She has acted as nurse liaison to many EMR and Practice Management system implementations. In 2022, she obtained her degree in IT Cyber Defense in hopes of finding solutions to the healthcare staffing crisis. Stephanie is committed to delivering a safe, compassionate, and user-friendly technology experience to solve for gaps in care and communication.

Chief Innovation Officer
Greg is an experienced healthcare IT professional with over 20 years assisting healthcare clients navigate the challenges associated with EMR Adoption, HIPAA compliance, and other governmental regulations. As Chief Innovation Officer for Odessa, Greg is responsible for identifying strategies, business opportunities and new technologies to enhance and support our healthcare platform.

Doug is a classically educated Software Engineer with a wide variety of industry experience. Doug has served for a Fortune 500 company, and as a Co-Founder for a startup with a successful exit. As CTO of OdessaConnect Doug ensures the technology strategy is aligned with mission, vision, and roadmap, as well as modern best practices in security and scalability.
Chad Hargadon
Product & Security Specialist
Chad joins OdessaConnect as a recent graduate from Marshall University, with a Master’s degree in Cyber Forensics & Security. He was honored to be selected as an intern with Homeland Security Investigations. Chad brings a variety of technical skills to the team and performs multiple roles, including customer installations, technical support, and developing HIPAA policies and processes.

Bobby is on a mission to help senior living communities and faith-based organizations impact the loneliness epidemic facing seniors. His passion is helping people and connecting them to others that can help them. A significant part of that passion is connecting seniors to their loved ones, faith communities, and care providers via OdessaConnect.

Todd is an artist entrepreneur with a background in music, blended with a passion for technology and the startup culture. Entrepreneurship is Todd’s second act. Before health tech Todd enjoyed an extensive career in music, as a producer and recording engineer, and as a performing and recording artist.
