Traci Lamb has been in the healthcare industry for almost 20 years. Thirteen of those were spent at hospice working with patients and families, scheduling patients to be evaluated for hospice care.
Five years ago after being frustrated that she couldn’t help patients and caregivers more, Traci decided to start her own business to help anyone who cared for a loved one of any age at home, from the special needs child to the great-grandparent and everyone in between.
Through her business and by living in Florida, over the next five years Traci worked to grow her business. In 2021, she put the business on hold to care for her mom and dad when they both became sick. With both of her siblings gone, she put her company on hold to care full time for her parents.
After her dad passed, she started her business again for the next year and a half. As her mom has continued to decline, Traci made the difficult decision in June of 2024 to close her business so that she could concentrate more on caring for her mom. She was looking to connect and start working for a great company in the caregiving industry. Enter OdessaConnect!!
